I draw from my background in multiple organizational change methodologies to analyze each situation, then define and implement customized processes and tools to leverage in preparing for and rolling out the organizational change. Having spent years in the c-suite, I understand the challenges and time constraints facing executives. Speaking their language and considering the demands on their time, I help leaders see the value in their active participation in implementation of a change and ability to motivate employees in the adoption of new systems and processes.
I work with leaders to bring their ideas to life -- helping them clearly define and communicate their goals and expectations. With metrics for success in place, leaders are better able to assess impact of a change, adoption by teams and individuals, and financial return on investment in the new way of doing business.

TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Teams are only as strong as their individual members. To bring teams together, discover personal strengths and create relevant, appropriate actions plans, I implement the researched-based Belbin Team Roles profile assessment for organizations. Belbin provides self-awareness, leading to team awareness, and then supports business action planning to help meet business objectives.
As a certified Belbin facilitator, I design half- and full-day workshops to review individual and team evaluations, as well as how to utilize this new personal awareness in successfully addressing the work and challenges facing the team.
