With more than 20 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development and Human Resources, Laurie Feuerstein is a qualified, engaging and pragmatic organizational change consultant. Laurie focuses on empowering organizations to achieve their desired business results.

Laurie brings experience working at all levels -- from the C-Suite to frontline employees -- and across business disciplines and industries, including retail, government, financial services, and manufacturing. Laurie’s experience allows her to flex her style and connect with employees at all levels of an organization and across varying corporate cultures.

Breadth and Depth of Knowledge

Having deep knowledge and experience with multiple methodologies and approaches, Laurie develops tools, programs, communications and training that bring together Human Resources and Organizational Development with technology. Laurie specializes in leading change management, talent and team development, systems implementation and process improvement initiatives.

Qualified, Educated Consultant

Laurie holds an BA in Psychology and Sociology from Franklin & Marshall College and a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor, an accredited Belbin Team Roles facilitator, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, an experienced GE WorkOut Process facilitator, and a founding member of the Association for Change Management Professionals
